Having said this, it doesn't mean that's when I'm the most productive or my mind is at its sharpest. As I get older, I'm starting to consider that its actually my current time management (or lack thereof) that's causing me to be a night owl. I'm well aware of the benefits of a full 8-hours sleep, and how its the foundation for a great following day.
