Lauren Rose has forged a tough road of chronic pain, depression, and anxiety since childhood. She developed an eating disorder at 15, and suffered through physical and sexual abuse in her late teens. In light of all these struggles, she’s found the resilience to build a community to empower and support others through her blog, podcast and more. “It Hurts to Mom” is an uplifting community where everyone supports one another to live a life of purpose in spite of chronic pain and abuse.
