Mark Fussell has been passionate about helping others to recognize positivity and gratitude. A champion of self-care and mental health, and inspired by his son’s mental health challenges, Marc shifted his focus from his extensive, decades-long IT background to develop a system combining positive psychology and SMS messaging (texting).

Take 2 Minutes is Marc’s non-profit containing various activities to help people enhance their mental wellness.
